Paradise Patterns Cowrie Kini
Buy the Cowrie Kini sewing pattern from Paradise Patterns. The Cowrie Kini is a bikini pattern with two style options for the top, the shape of which resembles two cowrie shells. View A, the flat front top, is finished with fold over elastic (FOE) and has a G-hook closure in the back. View B, the tie front top, is self faced. This construction is commonly referred to as 'seamless' as you don’t see the seams and the lining and main fabric are the same. The French cut bottoms, with medium coverage, have mid and high rise waist options.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?
Suggested fabrics: Choose knit fabric labeled 'swim' or 'activewear' with 4-way stretch. Typical compositions include nylon/spandex and polyester/lycra. Aim for at least 15% elastane/spandex/lycra.

View A: 45″ (115 cm) wide fabric: 1 - 2 yd (0.9 - 1.8 m) // 58″ (147 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1.5 yd (0.7 - 1.4 m).
View B: 45″ (115 cm) wide fabric: 1 - 2 yd (0.9 - 1.8 m) // 58″ (147 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1.5 yd (0.7 - 1.4 m).
Sizing: A – P (approx. UK 4 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
