Buy the S9825 Jacket sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Double breasted lined jacket with shoulder pads and optional contrast lapel or front patch pockets with flaps.
This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following format:
– PAPER (next working day dispatch on orders and FREE UK delivery over £50)
Suggested fabrics: Crepe, denim, flannel, linen types, sateen, wool types. Contrast B also in faux leather and suede, satin. Lining: Poly blends, rayon, silk. Interfacing; Lightweight fusible.
Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.
Sizing: K5 (8-10-12-14-16) Y5 (18-20-22-24-26) which is approx. UK sizes K5 (6-12), Y5 (14-24) based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Thread. A,B: Three 7/8" (2.2cm) buttons, four 5/8" (1.5cm) buttons, pair of shoulder pads, one 4" X 6" (10cm X 15cm) remnant of polyester fleece for sleeve heading.
